The next three experiences will be worked into your retreat based on scheduling:
(1) Sunrise workout - gentle stretching tailored to your personal goals followed by our energizing Carrot Ginger Juice
(2) Facial Massage (double cleanse, exfoliating mask, foot massage, facial massage, glow mask, scalp massage & lip treatment)
(3) Hydrating Foot Treatment (a whirlpool pedicure soak, cleanse, scrub & wrap, followed by a foot massage, topped off with nail trimming, shaping & an extended wear neutral polish.

8am Breakfast (choice of mini-pancakes with warm caramel sauce, sausage, fruit, coffee, tea, & juice, or farm-fresh eggs with avocado and lime, homemade cottage cheese with tomato & toast, coffee, tea, & juice)

5pm Sip on a refreshing drink while our culinary staff prepares a healthy cuisine using fresh, seasonal ingredients from our farm or sourced locally. This seven-course meal is complemented by a selection of paired drinks.
8–9pm Dusk workout - full-body stretching by candlelight.
